Cropping, date stamps and frames are rendered on your device. Using these editing tools does not upload your photos to us.
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure page visits, traffic sources, device and browser information, approximate location and website interactions. Google processes this website usage data. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. No Google Analytics tag loads before you allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. This applies only to the website: the iOS app does not include analytics, and your photos and app activity are not sent to Google Analytics.
Google Privacy PolicyDateStamps processes photos on your iPhone. We do not operate a server that receives your photos, photo library, locations or personal identifiers. There are no accounts, ads, analytics SDKs or tracking.
You choose which photos to access. Use the system picker without full library access. Saving to All Photos requires add-only permission; album features require Full Photos Access. Camera permission is requested only when you choose Camera. Change permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
Place is off by default. Find City sends existing photo coordinates to Apple's geocoding service only after your confirmation. You can type a place instead. This app does not request your current device location.
GPS metadata is removed from new exports by default. Printed location text remains visible. In-place edits may retain location stored by Apple Photos. Sharing and iCloud Photos use the policies of the services you choose.
Preferences and up to 30 recent-save entries stay on your device. History contains dates, counts, destination labels and styles, not photo files. Clear it in Settings. Temporary imports are removed when a batch is cleared or after expiry; rendered sharing files are removed on the next launch. Deleting the app removes its local data, but saved photos remain in Apple Photos until you delete them there.
Apple handles App Store payments; we do not receive payment card details. Apple services are subject to Apple's privacy policy. For privacy questions, open Support & feedback.
DateStamps is a photo-editing tool, not a backup service. Keep a separate backup of important photos and check exported files before deleting originals. Saving new copies is the default; editing an original requires a separate confirmation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for the loss, corruption or unavailability of photos or related data arising from processing, cropping, exporting, saving or synchronizing photos with DateStamps, including interrupted operations and device, storage or third-party service failures.
This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit your mandatory consumer rights.
